He started his career from ICICI Bank and worked in retail and SME space with Fullerton India, Intec Capital and ECL Finance Ltd (Edelweiss). His last assignment was with Neogrowth Credit Pvt Ltd as Regional Sales Manager.

Mr Sharma is MBA graduate from IBS, Hyderabad. He comes with an experience of 7 years in Microfinance, Retail and SME lending.
